It’s been a while since I updated and refreshed my website – I was looking a little unloved. My writing endeavours can now be found more regularly at https://gclaws.medium.com/, where I explore more deeply the evolving landscape of sustainability practices.

These are transitional times, with moving pieces of heightened geopolitics, new technologies and accelerating climate and biodiversity breakdown. I have made a concious effort to reduce doom-scrolling and feeling overwhelmed by the constant blood and terror across mainstream media platforms. Instead, I have been seeking longer form conversations, critiques, more books, and deeper discussions.

With this depth comes restored hope. Holding the space for Collaboration in the Association of Sustainability Practitioners allows me to view activity across multiple networks and organisations globally. The energy of efforts, continuing and accelerating despite the negative forces, is real and growing. The diversity of projects and programmes, from small-scale community interventions to global programmes aiming to reach a million children, fills my heart. I feel as though I’m looking out across a starry, galaxy of change and transformation enveloping our beautiful planet.
