Book time with me for critical-thinking, exploration of challenges, connection and ideas. I bring my professional and life experience, creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space for advice and support.
You are invited to join this space, without any ongoing commitment, to work collaboratively and imaginatively. I hold space for different themes, whilst drawing upon each to underpin and increase value towards shared outcomes and learning.

Sustainable thinking and the delivery of transformative change, is an expansive and fast-changing field. As a weaver and wayfinder, I support others to understand their values, how these can integrate with work and business, and how they can activate and empower their communities and partnerships.
My work uses the Inner Development Guide (IDGs), which brings together inner skills to support transformational change. I became an IDG Ambassador in 2026 to help grow the development of these leadership qualities with other practitioners across my networks.
Over many years of collaborative and empowerment projects, in and across organisations and different communities, I have supported others to grow, learn and thrive. I keep learning and developing my own creative practices, through writing and art predominantly, for the joy they bring, enhancing so much of the above.
